• The Doug Strickland Team consists of experienced real estate professionals.

• Doug Strickland is the listing Specialist for the team and oversees and manages the practice. Doug started in business as a real estate investor, began selling homes for Coldwell Banker, and has been with Keller Williams now for 12 years. He owned and later sold a large customer focused contracting franchise in Chester County called CertaPro Painters. After selling CertaPro Painters, Doug created “Residential Guru Contracting” to support the various needs of his real estate clients.

• Will Mau is a buyer agent who works diligently to help our clients find homes to buy as well as prospect for buyers for our seller clients. Will is a local West Chester native with a degree in IT and writing from the university of Pittsburgh. Will is extremely tech savvy and was the writing and marketing director last year before shifting into the buyer agent role.

• Mike Spillane is an associate broker, not just a licensee, in both PA and DE. This means that Mike has the education, transactional experience and verified skills required in both states to provide the services of a real estate consultant to his clients, and the vested authority to train and supervise other licensees.

• Jill Frianeza is the team's Executive Assistant and manages all administrative, marketing, and social media for the team. Jilli is a graduate of Mass Communication and has over 4 years of experience as a Team Leader.
